Zacharias was, blissfully, asleep. Now, sometimes this was a shock. He ran around at crazy hours doing random things that made no sense to anyone other than him.
But when it rained like this, seriously stormed, all he wanted to do was sleep. His roommate was out and Zacharias didn't really care where except that it meant the door was probably for him.
Still rubbing at his eyes, boxers hanging low and his shirt long gone, he pulled the door open.
Her eyes flicked down over his body and back up in less than a split second. She hoped he didn't notice; it would ruin her pity party.
"I can't sleep," her voice came out in a little, sad whisper that seemed to match the cherry coloured pout that she wore so well. Her big, blue doe eyes stayed locked on his as she idly played with the hem of her midriff showing tee.
Even straight out of bed Allie's hair fell in perfect toussled waves down her back. She pushed a strand out of her eyes, "The rain's too scary intimidating loud.."
Oh, he noticed. He was just too groggy tease her over it.
Zacharias' eyebrows raised and he sighed. She was cute when she was like this, annoying as all fuck when it meant she woke him up but adorable all the same.
Sighing, he grabbed her wrist and stepped back, pulling her in with him. "Come on then, scaredy cat." Maybe she didn't say it that way and maybe he was tired, but he was still going to call her on it.
She let him tow her into the room, and pushed the door closed behind them. Allie's feet kept shuffling her straight into Riah's chest, where she just lean up against his broader frame.
"Not a scaredy cat," she mumbled into his skin, and raised her hand to lay what could've been the lightest slap in the world on his cheek, "You love me."
