first day of work

This is ever so slightly ridiculous.

Right now I'm sitting in the basement of 219 Western Avenue in Allston, MA, mere blocks from the lovely cette_vie's house, and I've succeeded in doing absolutely no work, mostly because my boss Chris is busy updating the database. You should log on AIM then during work so we can vegetate together.
Next step: get a job that pays you for your 3 hour lunch breaks. Every single summer internship I've had so far has done this for me. It's really quite wonderful.

I'm on lunch break right now - Colin and I have finished the shredding for the day, and that's about all we have to do, since the College's houses are stupid and are withholding their mail from us. So I'm basically back to where I started from. Except I've decided I like my co-workers.

i'm working with a directionless harvard grad too. i don't think it's a harvard thing though, i think it's universal. it scares me.
