although i am feeling better, my throat is still "rough" for lack of a better word and my voice is still sort of yucky. my nose is also kind of runny. i am leaning towards going to the doctor. sigh. i really do not want to go, and prolly won't end up going until i can get an appointment ... like tomorrow morning. i just really dislike taking ( Read more... ) -

dammit. i have a cold. and it's not your typical cold, it's a throat cold. so i have laryngitis and a cough. i am just hoping that i won't need to go to the doctor, not like i feel too yucky, so ...
but today has been a good day :)

i'm sort of bored. just watching random movies on tnt. we actually went back to the gym today. it was a little bit of a rough go. i did the elliptical and some weights, but my endurance is down. we came home, had some salad w/leftover turkey taco meat and some low fat frozen yogurt. i do want to eat well/exercise. i just feel better when i ( Read more... ) -

we live in this small apt complex and have this awful neighbor who gets drunk often and is quite loud. he's an arse. john finally broke down and called the cops on him tonite, i don't know what he was doing ... but whatever it was? almost made the wall in the kitchen come down! it's insane. so the cops come by, visit us first to get info. and ( Read more... ) -
