Christmas work...

I'm a poor student desperately trying to find some work at Christmas...I want to go to America for a term next year so need as much money as I can get. I don't care what i do! I'm applying to local bars and signing up at job agencies but is there anywhere people can think to apply for that might yield results?

I've been working for the agency, first people. . Apparantly, they have quite a lot of work over christmas :).

I live in Coldean (about 20 mins walk from university, near Mouslcoombe. Where do you live? And what do you think of Brighton? I'm not actually that keen on the city - I think it's too pretentious.

Off Elm Grove. It's not a bad location apart from being up a biiiiiiig hill but i think i'd like to live more in town next year. (when I get back from teh states, at least.)

I quite like brighton, to be honest it's not as pretentious as i was expecting! I think it tries to be but then it's still got north and west street bringing it back down to any normal town levels... I love the sea though so that makes it for me :)
