Still in China, still locked out

I'm still in China and still locked out of gmail. This would be less worrying if a) I had written down more information about my flight home and b) they didn't keep assuring me it would be up and running in 24hours. I can work the travel out, but I'm not sure how I will handle the terrible customer service upon return. Not everyone in China is
