Well last night was my last chance to go out and play poker before I went back on GAP again. So I took that opportunity and drove off last night to the Strip and chose to play at Mirage. what a story! my goodness. many people would just give up after such an awful accident. that's inspiring.

Around here, and in most farming areas there are a lot of people missing stuff. When I was a kid I remember an old guy fishing with three cane poles and doing a better job of it than most with just one. The problem was he had just one arm due to a farming accident. When I was growing up, it seemed like there were a lot of folks like that. They all seemed to have a pretty good spirt about it all. I think when you farm you have to learn to take the good with the bad in greater measure than a lot of us in the bigger cities.

Interesting comments, nice to here there are lots of others with Rick's positive outlook that also have some disabilities.
