OK...so about a half hour ago Steve calls me up to tell me that one of my two best friends in the whole wide world is asking his girlfriend to marry him tonight..4000 dollars on a ring....right...I dont even know how to react....Im so happy for him....I almost cried...but at the same time I am concerned for him....there are any number of things
