What: A robbery
Where: Yagamoto Tech, Metropolis branch
"All right," Lex said, tilting his head as he stared up at the shining, metal spire of the Metropolis branch of Yagamoto Tech. "Let's do this as quickly as possible." He turned to glance behind him at Jon and Hush, both dressed in business suits. "Superman's on the moon with Quintum, most of the JLA is stationed in Gotham, and Harley and Two-face are currently creating a lovely distraction for the police. All we'll have to contend with is Yagmoto security measures."
"Which are?" Jon asked, tracing the shape of the gun hidden in his coat.
"Yagamoto currently has the mini-sun displayed in a showroom on the second floor. There are metal detectors at the all the doors, and a highly advanced motion detection and security camera system. All of which will be taken out by this." Lex held up what looked like a small, squat television remote. "An EMP. It will take out the electricity throughout the building, including the backup generators. It will give us a ten minute window to to get up to the second floor, get the sun, and get out. We'll have to contend with the security guards, who are armed, and the security doors, which are slam down when cut off from an electrical current. It's an hour after closing, so there should hopefully be a minimum number of civilians in the way. Once I activate the EMP and we take out the lobby guards, put on your masks."

"Ski mask, Jon. We're trying to pin this on Wayne Enterprises. Scarecrow probably wouldn't be robbing on their behalf." Lex glanced towards the doors again. The lobby looked relatively clear. Now was as good a time as any. "Everyone ready? All right. Let's go."
