I'm terribly British-I complain about the weather, the food-when I really love it more than anything. I burn really easily-and hate being cold. I spend money faster than I can make it and adore reading. I love Kurt Vonnegut-but I do love trashy fashion mags as well. I want to teach english or write-anything with words. I love being able to express myself. Photos are beautiful-I take too many. I like films with subtitles and the word cunt.I am terribly stubborn and eat pineapple out tins. I think late night trains and hotel rooms are wodnerful and could quite happily spend the rest of my life living out a suitcase. I wish I could live in books but I spend most of my time in my underwear vegging out in front of the t eating pizza/sushi/cheap german jelly beans. I make the BEST sandwiches. Abortion
Abortion is not a contreceptive. I state this now and will till I'm 6 feet under. It is however a last resort for woman who feel desperate and alone. I don't think people should be judged upon it-it is an act sometimes taken under irrational judgement. Then there are those who after alot of talkinhg realise it is the best thing for them-they feel it unfair to bring a child into the world for whatever circumstances. Abortion is a choice. It should therefore remain. I know I'm going to get a rolliking for this because there is all those self-righteous people out there who are "o for medical reasons or rape" In all honestly-pregnancy from rape doesnt happen ofter-and when it does, I completly agree-if she chooses, to abort the child. However how many people could honestly say if they got pregnant now they would keep the baby. It's a sensitive issue-sure and there should be tighter controls on it-and it should be made more publically aware of what other options a pregnant woman who wishes to not have the baby are out there for her. Anorexia
It's a mental disease basically-and there is alot of pressure on the so-called image of beauty (thank sweet jesus for suicidegirls and betty paige)-its about control and I feel there is a lack of understanding of the cause of it-I mean come on think anorexic thing 16 year old girl. Its a disease which mostly takes its peak at the ages 18-24. Moving. University. New jobs. For many it is a coping device which destroys more than it helps.
Gay Marriage
I don't understand why there is even a question on this. Surely society has come far enough to realise love is more than about what biological chemistry you posess. However sadly it hasn't so here we go: Pro,
Premartial Sex
Sex is great-I love it-it doesn't make you a whore to enjoy it. Just keep it safe. I mean your sex life is a very personal thing. It's not something people have the right or position to judge you upon it. I respect people who decide to stay celibate until marriage. It takes self-control and a certain sence of self-pride.
Drugs
There are some things a bit no-no. Don't inject shit-that stuffs just crazy-but otherwise nothing wrong with a little curiosity. Life is all about choice. I have no right to tell anyone what they should and shouldn't put in there bodies.
Alcohol
Personally I'm not a big drinker at all-its such a trivial things these days anyway. It's the 14 year olds on heroine and getting boozed up every weekend who should be shot in the face.

Straight Edge
Fucking. Stupid. Why the fuck is there a label for a "clean" way of life? And why is it adopted by most 15 year olds who aren't even old enough to have sex/drink/smoke? I beleive its become a fashion more than a way of life these days. Those who truly are edge...respect for making a responsible and mature decision (which I beleive can only be made when you are old enough to give up the things that make you "edge")
Religion
I think for many people religion has become a life jacket. They hold on to it not because of beleive, but if the metaphorical boat of life was to sink-theyd rather have a life jacket than go down with the ship. However I also beleive it can change lives, inspire and give hope to the hopeless. Religion doesnt cause wars. People do. Fin.
