everyone gets into an accident right after they get their license, its like a right of passage... i passed it twice =/... but at least you arent hurt... and yea, that sucks that you werent tailgating, but its impossible to argue with the law on stuff like that... trust me...

p.s. i saw the aftermath of your wreck... didnt look good, when all the cops showed up we had to go, sorry i couldnt have stayed, but then again i only would have been in the way

Yeah I know, I have a couple witnesses and if he says a car pulled out in front of me before I hit the other car. which im almost positive what happened. It would help my ticket immensely.
