Desynchronisation II
It got off to a promising start, but quickly fell apart as usual. Got up at 9 on Friday morning, had a nice cooked breakfast with Graham and did ten hours at work. Then spent all night wasting time online until about 5am before finally sleeping. Not surprisingly, the next morning I couldn't get up quite so early. Still, I managed about 11, and did

I know you don't know me but I've heard enough about you for a while last year.... I was briefly acquainted with Shanna, don't worry she ditched me too, but all she wanted me was as a friend (I'm a girl by the way!).
I'm about 20 years older than you are, and still I honestly feel for your lost, but now that she has left you (seems to be for good, as she has not updated anything online as of today), maybe you should think of divorce, you have a child with someone else (I'm not condoning here, don't worry!) wouldn't it be best to make a clean slate for yourself? You've said here in your journal, you "don't feel the same way about her anymore" so move on dear and hope you find peace.
