Well, it's been over a month since my dad sent his last letter (which enclosed said findings FOR REVIEW) and we had just about given up on Cadbury Bassett, and, being a daddy's girl, I had secretly resolved to stick to Galaxy confectionery* and not give Cadbury's any more of my business

I read all of what your dad says in the voice of the man who was Rachel's boss on Friends. The one whose niece was Emily who Ross ended up marrying (although he said Rachel's name at the altar.) I hope you know who I'm talking about since you referenced Friends in this.

Your Dad and mine seem to be in the same social class of bored older man with nothing to do but complain--but we love them anyway. This made me laugh, and I've sent it to my own father so he can see he's not alone.
