[The screen flickers to life, and the first thing noticed would most likely be the location - in the middle of the forest. There is rustling nearby and suddenly a white wolf comes into view on the screen. A confused noise is heard, and the wolf tilts it's head to the side, obviously puzzled by the strange device. Then it suddenly lunges forward,

It's called a L337Pod. It's a form of communication here on the island.

But it's good to know I have a way to communicate with everyone. I can't seem to find Issun anywhere!

It isn't often that mortals are able to see my true form. Most simply think me to be a wolf or a dog.

I would like to know that myself. It is a bit of an inconvenience to have to carry this around in my mouth when I am not using it.

That would work fairly well, but I would need someone to make it for me. Paws aren't exactly the most convenient for making things, after all.
