Creative Gratitude

I've been participating in the 42 days of gratitude that recently (re)started (www.worldgratitude.com) and although sometimes I do get caught up in emotional "momo" feelings of "oh poor me," for the most part I am finding myself catching those moments and moving back into a more positive and hopeful mindset that is more condusive to gratitude. The weather is great here in Phoenix. I came back just in time for the nights and mornings to dip below triple digits. YAY ME!
