Soul Calibur really loves skimpy, unnecessarily complicated wardrobes. FOR YOUR REFERENCE, because the outfit Talim is wearing in her icons often fluctuates, this is the outfit she'll be wearing most often:

Yes, it's her SC4 outfit. Yes, you can see through her pants. Yes, that is a dorky hat. But what can I say? It kind of grew on me. And it's leaps and bounds better than her ridiculous blonde-haired kitty-themed 2P outfit, that's for sure.
Talim's weapons are as follows:
Assume she has them on her at all times. Lord knows there's enough loops and belts and things on her clothes for her to carry them around. These will never change, though she can use anything of similar build with just as much efficiency.
As far as her fighting skills... well, Talim kicks ass. Watch her punch someone who is easily three times her size IN THE FACE and take them out. For reference, have some videos:
