[The only reason the video turns on is because something is chewing on the keys of Eridan's husktop. Something with a fat purple segmented body. Once it's worked out it isn't edible (only after leaving pointy teethmarks all over it) it crawls over to another section of the desk ( Read more... )

Other than chanting "Mothra", how does one get a wandering mutant caterpillar's attention? If it has a humanoid head, try the obvious: older human-to-baby cooing.]

[There are sounds coming from the unchewable thingy. Eridan crawls back onto the desk and makes a sort of chirruping 'rrrrrrr' sound at the thing.]

[Oh! It's the bright red one! Eridan was just inching his way along the hall, staying close to the wall, looking for something edible. But this guy's familiar. He totally remembers him. Totally. He makes a hissing sound and rears onto his back section to wave his top arms at Karkat.]

[Good. This grub knows what it's about. Eridan doesn't really want to meet him halfway, though, really. They shouldn't be so out in the open. Actually, was it from a shelter? That seems better. Eridan rushes at his top speed at the other grub to attempt to push it back across the hall.]

And there's a face on it, he finds out, when he makes his way up onto the desk again. He climbs onto the keyboard and pokes the screen with a single foot. All of his other feet move around on the keyboard.]
