Hi guys. I preordered Dear Jack a while ago, and am now in a little distress. My husband and I changed stations and we moved from South Carolina to Virginia.. And my South Carolina address is still on that order and I don't know how to change it :( I emailed the company about a week ago with no response.. Anyone know anything I can do?

I would directly call go merch and talk to them. They might not be there until tomorrow, but the number is (877) 264-4446. I've e-mailed go merch before and never got a response, so I had to call them and they worked everything out.

Go Merch isn't handling the Dear Jack pre-order, actually. Warner Bros. Records is handling it themselves, so she'd have to call their customer service department.

I don't think Go Merch is selling this DVD, Warner Bros (JM's record label is owned by them) but from my e-mail I got when I ordered it:

If any of the above information is incorrect, please contact our customer service department by sending an e-mail to wbr@b3custserv.com so we may accommodate your request.

Is that who you emailed?

If emailing them doesn't work, call! I had MAJOR problems pre-ordering this DVD and spent about a week on the phone with them. You'll be on hold for awhile, but once you get through, they're pretty nice.

Just tell them the situation and they should be able to change your address for you.

**BTW, you're calling Warner Bros. Records' customer service department. Not Go Merch!
