I loved the way you managed to help us understand how totally miserable they both were. The image of Cuddy driving by House's apartment, to see whether or not he was there, was fantastic. And so was the idea that House had reached out to Stacey.
But you really brought things to an amazing crisis point with House seeking heroin, and then calling Nolan in the middle of the night, knowing that he desperately needed help, and from then on it's a rollicking ride (and I howled with laughter at House's analysis of why they should immediately head for the Hilton_
Loved the epilogue: tattered concert tees and LPs - and Rachel finding a photo of him in college - it was such a fun scene.

Love the final scene: the three of them deciding together to share their lives with one another--and which parts of House they can live with. Heh.
I was a little worried about how the family will manage House's pain going forward, but The final image of Rachel grabbing House's bad leg calmed me down.
Don't know how you do it, but you've found yet another variation on the theme that is Huddy breaking up, making up and moving forward (not on).
