This was *totally* unexpected - way out of left-field as compared to what one might have predicted, i.e., House getting cold feet, or behaving like a jerk - and sooooooo much FUN. Just between you and me (heh), I think House would've figured out it was Lucas messing with them right away. House is just that smart. Then again, I justified it by telling myself he was so tied up in knots over this new thing with Cuddy, he wasn't quite thinking straight. xo

House and Cuddy together against the world--I love it! They are both steadfast when it comes to pursuing their goals (except, of course, when it comes to love), and it's a pity they didn't show this at all in s7.
