And I'm hoping they keep playing the Ben/April/Andy humor, because that seems like a well that will never run dry.

I think the potential for Ben and April friendship is likely to be a fucking goldmine and I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE IT.

So you're trying to tell me that this is your first ever Parks fic? Lies. How can it be so in character, so filled with that perfect blend of Parks sweetness and hilarity, and be your first go at it?

And as much as I love fic that is entirely Leslie/Ben, I adored the fact that she took a side-step in this one, and that you let this unlikely trio be the stars. All of your voices are pitch-perfect and that April is the one to nudge him along, to be so relentless, it's just spot on. I don't know what else to say. I was really worried about how I was going to survive the summer, but with authors like you writing for this fandom, I think we'll be just fine.

Sidenote: This is a potentially unpopular opinion, but in my canon, April has a teensy, harmless crush on Ben. This fic only fueled that thought, and I thank you for it.
