so...i think i just want to scream real loud. everything about today has been so frustrating. everything from my shirt being JUST a little too short (i've had it since 6th grade) to the car alarm going off down the street to several people not returning my phone calls.
Work has been hellaciously frustrating. partly b/c its real slow right now but i know that its about to be insanely busy again.
and then there are social situations. i've been thinking about friendship a lot lately...mostly b/c thats what i'm about to be teaching the girls at Mt Carmel - not the cheesey "be nice to everybody cause thats what Jesus would do" but deeper stuff like the fact that we were created for community...and yet...its real hard for us sometimes. and how does that stuff play out practically? as someone else put it the other day - what are my obligations in different types of relationships? i think i get too worked up about certain stuff...i tend to go about life like-a this: everyone that i want to be obligated to me must be obligated to me completely and everyone i would rather not be around needs to just go away and find freaks like themselves to be friends w/ cause they cant have me or mine - kinda like a kid on the playground. and i'm pretty sure this is wrong. so i'm going to take medicine to fix it. namely, Lexipro 10. Thursday is my semi-bi-weekly therapist appointment and she's been offering me the stuff since the first time i went and i've been like "no thanks. only crazy people take medication." but...i'm tired of stressing out over dumb stuff. those people that i think are supposed to be obligated to me...yeah...they really arent obligated to be obligated to me. people have just screwed me over so much that when i find someone that doesnt appear like they are going to hurt me i get so clingy and thats unhealthy. and it drives them away i think...i mean, who likes clingy people? except...well we wont go there. but ok...i think i'm done now.
