Well, I was a lot more out of shape than I predicted. Considering I've never played a sport...yeah.... it was sad. Now I just do three of the weightloss things on the treadmill but I try to run on the higher inclines so that I can make it about 200 calories per session (at the normal speed walking pace you burn about 160).
I had gained about fifteen pounds from the last time I saw you, I think. Maybe ten. But... my brother is getting married in May and (hopefully) my only sibling will only get married once, so I figured I may want to look good for it. It's so much work!
