You're not crazy. It just gets to be a lot sometimes, y'know? But it doesn't mean you're crazy.

And I know I'm 200 miles away, and saying it isn't quite the same as actually doing it, but I've got lots and lots of hugs for you if you want them.

You're not insane at all. You're just having one of those times when you examine the world around you a lot and start freaking out because it isn't how it should be or how you want it to be. It will pass, but maybe you'll be a bit more enlightened for it. Though it may be difficult to deal with during that time.
