Now that we're at almost the half-way point in the term, reflect a moment.  What has been the most useful or interesting aspect of studying literature for you, so far?  What do you still want to learn?  Any concerns or fears?

Thanks for sharing your studying experience. Actually, I do write slowly too. Moreover, my spelling is so bad. I also worry about the final exame:(

For Oedipus, I agree with you that the catharsis happens when Oedipus mutilates his eyes. I think it is bitter than death.

Actually, no one in the class who took a course from me before has _had_ a final exam (they were in 150, where there isn't one). So rumours of my cruelty are exaggerated :-) I'll be posting some guidelines soon that I hope will allay your fears a bit.
