Hey, I don't know if you still like her or are interested, but Cat Power is playing Mass MoCa in Fitchburg on December 4th at 8pm. Tickets, I think, are $17ish.

You could always try... Play him a CD or a tape or something. He might be into it. At worst, he can wander around the gallery during the show (I've heard it's awesome but I haven't seen it yet. It's supposed to be all interactive and weird and stuff.)
I'm thinking I *might* try to organize a caravan, but I don't know if many Palmerites know of the goodness that is Chan Marshall yet. So if that happens, I'll let you know so if you don't have a ride, maybe you can get there that way. I just hope I don't get lost. I don't know which way Fitchburg is except vaguely northish?

Anyways, I don't think I'd drag the unwilling (or mono infested sickly) to something like that. I know it's sure to be something good though. I think he's be open to it. Maybe mapquest would give you sufficent directions? I know that Kristin Kawaliski knows how to get there, maybe she could help you out with that sort of thing.
