My first impression was George Weasley for you. He strikes me as very friendly, charming, confident, energetic, playful, easygoing, humorous, intelligent, determined, passionate and adventurous but he can also be pretty mishievous, unpredictable, impatient, impulsive, sarcastic and reckless so I think he really fits your positive and negative traits nicely. I think George fits your overall personality nicely and you aso mentioned you would love to be a member of the Quidditch Team and looking for hidden passageways at Hogwarts ( I know is forbidden it only means it's far more interesting ), so I think that George is really a good fit for you.

Friendly, sociable, energetic, adventurous, a bit mischievous, and playful; I also think he has the ability to inspire and motivate others. :)
