ive never liked valentines day, then again you know this already. so were in agreement that it is a hallmark holiday and nothing more than something that might boost the economy an inch or two. love is something that should be celebrated each day, not an assigned day.

You imply that all single people are promiscuous, or even feel the need to "date around." Some people enjoy being 100% single and not romantically involved with anyone, completely self-reliant.

I enjoy being "tied down," so to speak, but I have to admit that there's certain freedoms you miss when you're not single.
