I have tried my best to describe the items best I can, but please let me know if you have any queries too! I ship by tracked airmail only as tracked surface takes far too long (months as opposed to 2 wks), but let me know if you prefer that option for a slightly cheaper price. All the prices here include shipping and paypal fees, and if you live in Singapore please let me know and I will reduce the price for you accordingly, and I also offer a meetup option if you are in Singapore. I am asking for SGD as I am not expecting to make any overseas payments for the moment.
I can also reduce the price if you can pay by personal payments, so let me know if you would like that option. Cash is often my first priority unless you have a dream dress or item that I really like ^.^, and I might pass over a trade offer for cash even if it comes first in priority. Hope its okay, thanks!! For sale is an extremely rare lovely Angelic Pretty yellow milky dot chiffon jsk, which has been one of my favourite dresses since I first saw it. The yellow is a happy pastel yellow and the satin bow in the center is my favourite part of the dress! The dress will be dry-cleaned before sending it to you.
Measurements:
Length: approx. 35 inches to the end of the tulle
Across bust/waist: I can stretch this to more than 20 inches across (max. approximate)

I am about 165cm so the dress comes above my knees. I am not wearing a pannier in the shot. But I think for shorter girls it may look longer (http://www.flickriver.com/photos/herajika/3959135829/) It will also be more poofy with a pannier.

3. Pink pannier/ballet skirt for fairy kei (I liked this so much I bought two in different colours! Decided to sell the pink one) It is meant to be a short fairy type pannier which is why I say it is more fairy kei. Seems freesized as the band can stretch.
