sure.altho i don't think my answer will make me "alluring" :)
Affirmative action, well I think its a good thing in the sense that it gives minorities a helping hand espeically since in the work world, its very hard to find a good job without connections. And as well all know the privileged are usually white so they're already predisposed to having a univeristy degree etcetera, However that being said i don't agree with picking somebody over another person that is more qualified based on their race. So I do agree with the aspect to actively search for minorities however still the best of the best should be chosen. Whoever could do the best job. Also, with the diversity of society today, especially since I'm originally from Toronto, I think a diverse workforce would represent the target market. So in the end, it would only help the company grow.
