i was giggly for most of friday night. beer-pong led to me drinking more than i probably should, and i fell off of the couch (although it was really just off the arm of the couch ONTO the couch, but still...loss of motor control...silly me!). julia was wonderful for driving me home. she's moving in a few weeks, and that makes me sad. work won't be

Oooooh - a chaise!!! Very exciting --- are you in charge of picking this out or is it a family affair? 12 weeks is nothing, darling, I've waited years for the right piece of furniture before -- it's worth the wait if it's what you love. I take it you're not moving anywhere soon - trust me - do not invest in large pieces if you're not going to stick it out in one place for a few years.

It sounds like you've been drinking a lot lately... but you seem to be having fun. it will most definitely be worth the wait. and no, i won't be moving for a few years. i've got things around here that need to be taken care of, and i'm kinda happy where i am at the moment. and a hint for another piece: a beautiful chair done in an ultra-suede...and it's RED! now i know a lot of people can't stand red furniture, but oh...this is just wonderful, and it FEELS so good.

for as full of drinking as the weekends have sounded, i really haven't been drinking a lot lately...i'm actually drinking LESS than before. but yes, i am having a good time when i'm out and about. hell, i've even been having a great time when i'm stuck in the house.

i'm not too surprised by your boldness...you seem like you've got a little bit of fire in ya. use that fire to get over your fear of your LJ, you wank... (i'm just kidding...use it whenever you want. if you even want to). sorry i haven't written yet...i've just been on a crazy schedule.
