Igglybuff... those aren't really cut out for being offensive. They're better at being a hindrance to the opponent.

Still, someone mentioned TMs, and there's those, but you'll want to choose wisely rather than load her up with whatever you can think of, for your wallet's sake.

I don't plan to load her up. One or two more diverse moves should suffice. I take it TMs are expensive, then?

Yes, and some more than others depending on the move they teach.

But I think it's good to keep in mind your Pokemon's strengths when choosing. You're probably never going to have an Igglybuff or any of its evolutions be a heavy hitter no matter what you do, so I'd suggest balancing her moves out.
