Wikipedia on Schwarz: Brad Crawford Synergy between Sociopaths: Brad Crawford & Schuldig Personality: Crawford has all the traits of a timelessly classic villain right down to the sharp suit. His mind is quick and calculating and comes coupled with ambition, talent, and patience. Being gifted with the ability to see the future, he has always known when to wait and when to be proactive. His own set of goals that, unlike money or power, can’t easily be used against him. Unlimited by any real moral or ethical code, he’s a rather formidable opponent.
Flattery is an acquired talent when it suits him and a bullet his chosen closure when those uses run out. It doesn’t matter your accomplishments or level of power. He will always think he’s better than you. In fact, however he is to your face, it’s unlikely he thinks very much of you beyond what use you can be. If you’re looking for someone that cares about your desires or problems, you’re most definitely not going to find it in him.
The only person that has earned his respect and consideration (and devotion) as an equal is his partner Schuldig. By his very nature he is calculating, not surprising, given the fact that he can see the future. His loyalties are to himself and, through that, his team only, despite who pays him and what it might look like at times.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Without the use of his powers, Crawford will be more cautious. He’s used to being able to see things before they happen, always giving him an advantage in a fight making him excellent His biggest fears are the loss of control, his plans failing on an epic scale, being treated like he treat others, or losing Schuldig.
Even if his suits might tone it down a bit, he is actually very well trained. In good shape and well versed in various fighting style, particularly something very reminiscent of boxing, he is a tough opponent, even without his power.
Crawford’s biggest weakness, however, is how much he relies on his power. Especially now in a setting where he will no longer be able to see the future, he’ll be forced to reevaluate how he goes about things. Not knowing will make him more cautious than he might normally be since he no longer knows the outcomes to his choices. [In the anime he is often greatly surprised and shocked whenever something does not go how he foresaw.] It would make him a little more uncertain than he’s used to, something he won’t like at all.
Usually he views people as expendable tools, nothing more than what he gains from them when he needs something. Coupled with his lack of precognition, it makes him more susceptible to making mistakes and poor decisions and to underestimating others or overestimating himself.

First Person Sample:
I would like to speak with the illustrious engineer responsible for making the contraption meant to keep this [lifts a small, round, pink Igglybuff up by an arm as it stares with bright, wide eyes at the screen] inside it.
[a rather indignant look is given to the creature before it’s tossed aside and that look is turned toward the screen] If this is a joke, it is not amusing.
[the look is more annoyed now as he glances down and brushes something off his pants, the barest hint of a pink tuft can be seen at the bottom corner of the screen before it disappears]
Surely catching all of them does not have to include such nuisances. I fail to see how this...pink thing could be of use to anyone. [and he did so hate not being able to see that, without his powers, he really couldn’t imagine it]
Third Person Sample:
Crawford really missed his car. By no means was he lazy but this much communing with nature really wasn’t how he wanted to spend his day. The outfit took some getting used to as well. The black material stretched over his chest with that ridiculous red R right in the middle. The hat, well, he was not wearing the hat. It kept the pink thing quiet and busy. He’d never seen something that could bounce so much. The pep to it’s step and fascination with the hat actually reminded Crawford of his teammate.
He'd tried everything he could think of to get rid of it. He still kicked it whenever it got too close having learned already that if allowed, it preferred to be somewhere clinging to him. Crawford didn't like things clinging to him. Of course, the last time he'd kicked it, it just made a sound suspiciously like a giggle as it bounced.
It was nothing but a game here and Crawford did not like being toyed with on this level.
Now he just kicked the Igglybuff because he could. The hat fell to the ground and off the pokémon went bouncing off, unable to stop, and out of sight. It wasn't as therapeutic as shooting it would have been, but it was cathartic nonetheless. He picked the hat up off the ground and dusted it off.
The next ten minutes he was actually able to gather his thoughts. Team Rocket seemed to be the most ambitious group around. Climbing to the top might not be such a bad idea. It gave him options. Without the advantage his precognition used to give him, he wanted another compensation and gaining power in the organization could be a good start.
Something shifted in the grass. A pair of narrowed eyes looked up at him from between the blades, and he heard the distinct sound of a growl. He reached for his...damn. Right then. No gun.
A soft melodic sound drifted through the air. He was only marginally surprised to see his unwanted little companion perched on a nearby tree branch, bring eyes closed, and singing. His eyes started to droop. He hadn't felt tired before, and it only took a few seconds to make the connection between the singing and his sudden wave of exhaustion.
Quickly, he covered his ears, blocking out the noise. The lethargy slowly dissipated, and he watched as the wild pokémon fell asleep on the grass not far from his feet.
"Stop." He stated. Brown eyes immediately caught Igglybuff's gaze as the pokémon followed his order. His hands fell to his sides as he watched it appraisingly for a few moments. Then he held the hat out and watched as it jumped down with a happy chirp of it's own name and accepted the offered gift. Perhaps he'd underestimated the creature's usefulness.
