That is a very smart choice. Agistment is certainly something you should stay away from unless you've got plenty of money stashed away and can afford to have the stabble without having to rely on boarders. I say this only as I've seen so many people go bust because they start a stable as a business and have too many people come in who don't pay all their bills and they underestimate how expensive it is to maintain a stable... I commend you on your choice and good luck saving :D
