comic Storyline Help

Hello everyone! ^^

Im starting up a comic Im calling "Beyond infinity", but I have no idea what to do plot wise. I dont need someone to come up with a full plot for me, but could you like throw some ideas out there so I can mix and match them until I have a plot I like? ^^"

Well...you could always use an introductory chapter titled "Just short of Infinity!" ^_^

just came up with a way to start it, and i've written a script out to pg. 5 (comic page 5), but after that Im lost. here's the story so far:

5 characters are on a hiking trip, get lost, find this huge overgrown science research facility infested with zombies, one of them gets bit, so they go even deeper into the facility where they find the only survivor left, who is hanging out in the medical center. other than that, the only other thing I have is that the cure for the guy who was bitten causes an instant gender change (in his case, male to female), but he's a minor main character lol ^^
