Panic! at the radio show

So remember last week when I was sadfacing all over this journal about how I wasn't going to get to see Panic! at the Disco when they had their little live show? Well, I got to go after all, on account of Northern Downpour being awesome! My joy was epic. We didn't get definite info about the show until the night before, so I showed up to work on

It was so great! I'm still a little giddy about it when I stop to think about it. :D

He would be an amazing elementary school teacher, I'm convinced. He projects this sincere sense of interest that is really important in dealing with small children.

That sounds like so much fun! Your sadface over not winning the contest was really sad, so getting to go seems like double the awesome - like when the hometown sports team gets that last minute score/goal thingie and wins the championship game when you thought for sure the morally dubious rival team was gonna take it.

(I kinda can't believe I'm using a sports metaphor, but... it makes sense, right?)

I was really so disappointed about not winning tickets. Getting the last minute chance to go anyway was amazing. I will totally take your sports reference. :D
