Albert Silverberg (noarmyatmyback)

Powers: Mostly normal human. Flimsy physically, genius strategist. Has summoned a demon/personification of Chaos who is not in camp at the moment.
Possible Pings: Binding contract to a demon? It's dormant, so it's not a readily obvious ping.
So, how evil?: Ambiguous villain. Not evil so much as entirely ruthless and pragmatic--willing to sacrifice the many for the good of the world, that sort of thing.
Perceptive Powers: Very observant of physical and verbal cues. Trap-dar is pretty good, can pick up if something is otherwise 'off' about characters after talking to them awhile, if their conversation doesn't jive with who they claim to be, etc.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Suuure? Benign messing-around and mind-reading is fine; so is injury if I'm warned about it OOCly. He is used to running into individuals with ridiculous godly powers.
Can I kill them?: No, please.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: If discussed beforehand, sure! He doesn't have any powers to steal, really.
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: Annoying is perfectly fine! Life-threatening things are also okay, but he does have friends who will go after you for it if they find out.
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: Yes; see above.
What about meta powers?: Sure! He can take being recognized/others knowing his life story/whatever--he doesn't like it, but I think he's run into it before already.
Anything else?: ...I think that's it!

Seth Nightlord (papillondejade)

Powers: Test-tube baby--started out with enhanced speed, strength and smarts, which she'll retain if otherwise depowered. Is a Crusnik; contains nanomachines in her blood which turn her into a vampire-eating vampire. When these are activated she is nigh-indestructible. Accelerated healing, fangs and claws, super strength and speed. Flight if she activates at a high enough level. The power to manifest weapons (tridents that look like tuning forks) made of her blood. With these she controls 'Flames of Sound'--sonic force--that can disintegrate any organic matter she chooses.
Possible Pings: ...well, the Crusnik thing. That's only if you catch her transformed, though! It's not detectable by magic/spiritual means because--machines, and it's virtually undetectable otherwise. IDK, I know there are characters with powers that can bypass that, and it's fine. Other than that, she's rarely who she says she is, is a good but not perfect liar/actress, and she's actually very close to a thousand years old. Poses as a tea-seller or vendor; is actually Augusta Vradica, the ruler of the Methuselah Empire.
So, how evil?: Not really evil at all. A lot of guilt. She was a homicidal monster when she was young, one of the commanders in an Armageddon-scale war. She still has to kill people now! But overall she's one of the good guys.
Perceptive Powers: Pretty damn good. She's not psychic, but she can catch lies/pretensions quite easily since she uses them so often herself.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Yes!
Can I kill them?: If your character is powerful enough to do so and the situation calls for it, yes! It's incredibly difficult to kill her by normal means, because she can heal any injury you inflict upon her, no matter how mortal. If she were entirely vaporized or all the blood was drawn out of her body, that'd do it.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: Shapeshift is fine; body hijack and power stealing are tricky. Her nanomachines do repel physical methods of body hijack (e.g. they break Dietrich's puppeteering strings), and I'm not sure how transferable they are--a normal human body would die trying to cope with them.
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: Yes! She will annoy back, and can defend herself if seriously attacked.
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: It's cool, possible consequences, etc.
What about meta powers?: Seth doesn't meta herself, but she's totally aware there are characters out there who know who she is and what happens in her world. If confronted with it she'll ask that it be kept quiet.
Anything else?: Seth will probably not vore vampires who aren't from Trinity Blood, since the vampires in her canon (Methuselah) are scientifically made rather than supernatural. She doesn't actually require vampire blood in itself to survive; the nanomachines in her blood simply consume the weaker breed of nanomachines in Methuselah blood.

Honlon (Kanan, Shuko, Junrei) (beastriality)

Powers: Ability to appear as a three-headed dragon or a human child as she pleases; can breathe fire and fly. Can use magic, though mostly all she uses is the detection/removal of enchantments and some scrying. Honlon cannot incur any physical harm, and neither does she go picking real fights.
Possible Pings: Dragon, entirely nonhuman, magical. Pings as a minor god. She has three heads and three personalities--it's not one mind with MPD, it's three entirely separate minds in one body.
So, how evil?: Not at all! Can be violent, usually by accident, and her cranky personality Kanan can be something of a bully.
Perceptive Powers: Pretty good--they can detect lies, godhood, cloaking magic and harmful intent. They're hardly infallible, though.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Yes. It'll be confusing, though. Junrei and Kanan are totally open to mind-reading; Shuko has strong mental blocks but can also be read by someone powerful.
Can I kill them?: No.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: Sure? You'll need to be able to handle three minds simultaneously, though.
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: Yes to first; second will have no effect.
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: Yes; will retaliate.
What about meta powers?: Those are fine. You can't really faze Honlon with her own canon.
Anything else?: It's possible for two people looking at her at the same time to perceive her as two different things. Certain individuals will only be able to see her in her real dragon form, and not the child one at all; others can see her in one form but catch glimpses of the other in their peripheral vision. I will indicate if she shifts between them!

Mithos Yggdrasil (holysiscon)

Powers: Final boss-level powerhouse. Black mage, swordsman, used to be an amazing summoner. He's good at nearly everything when it comes to fighting offense. He can summon wings of light and fly, teleport, and cast illusions/balls of light/elemental spells/status effects. He can also alter his age and appearance as he wishes--he's essentially immortal if left alone, doesn't need food or sleep, and has senses, physical and magical strength many times stronger than normal.

Also, HIS BODY IS COMPLETELY FUCKED-UP. He started out as half-elf, half-human--this is already dumb because the elves are essentially aliens. Then he stuck a parasitic, inorganic life form on himself--the Cruxis Crystal on his chest--and evolved to consume his body, turning him into an inorganic being or 'lifeless being.' Then his actual body was destroyed. What it is now isn't an illusion, but neither is it a real body. It's a magical construct built around the Cruxis Crystal, which can look and function almost exactly like a real one.
Possible Pings: Power, actively hidden until he breaks out destructive spells or transforms. Four-thousand-year-old being in a body that alters between fifteen and twenty-something. Old. Crazy. All-consuming sister complex for which he tries to destroy the world. Under all that, the vestiges of someone who was a hero in his own time. Also he is dead in canon and has died in camp. Also, his existence is tied entirely to his Crystal's powers. He can't die unless you smash it, and it's responsible for most of his abilities. If he grows too weak, it will take him over, absorb his soul, and turn him into a berserk monster. Also, it's easy to mistake him for a girl.
So, how evil?: C-complicated. Fallen hero turned crazy traumatized racist villain. Does awful shit and doesn't care if he's seen as a horrible person any more, basically.
Perceptive Powers: He can sense mana, Symphonia's magic, but it doesn't translate well to other canons. He's a good observer and problem-solver when he isn't flailing and raging!
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: HAHA, go for it. He'll lash out, though.
Can I kill them?: Go for it! He's powerful, so it'll be a fight.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: Shapeshifting is cool, but talk out the others with me? Body hijack in particular is a bit weird because of the issues mentioned above.
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: Yes and yes!
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: Y...es. This will have the strongest impact/consequences, depending who/how you attack. Also Mithos is never happy, it's okay.
What about meta powers?: He will rage if he gets meta'd at about the wrong things, so do it at your own risk.
Anything else?: In case of impending Mithosrape, the Tales of Symphonia cast can probably be called on to cockblock.

Nyanko-sensei (spiritsrfinetoo)

Powers: Transformation! Can talk in all forms and manifest a solid body unlike most spirits. His true form can fly, summon lightning, and manifest raw power to drive away weaker beings, but mostly he relies on brute force.
Possible Pings: High-level youkai--not a god, but able to take on minor ones. Shapeshifter.
So, how evil?: Not evil, just obnoxious.
Perceptive Powers: Can detect other spiritual/godly beings!
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Yes and yes. Comedic abuse is always encouraged.
Can I kill them?: No.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: Yes, it'll be funny.
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: Yes and yes.
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: Yes, though the most you can do in camp is get people to stop feeding him or something.
What about meta powers?: Go for it, he'll flail.
Anything else?: Only people with some sensitivity to either spirits or magic can hear him speak in cat form, or see his true form.

Ashton Anchors (tripleteaming)

Powers: Ashton by himself is a Crest Swordsman, who fights with magic and twin swords. His dragons breathe fire and ice in battle! The dragons can also possess Ashton in times of trouble, giving him access to godmod levels of strength/speed/magic.
Possible Pings: Shoulder dragons. Gyoro and Ururun are fused to Ashton's back by powerful magic. They're also Evil Ones--part of a powerful race that predate and surpass humans or demons.
So, how evil?: Nada. Ashton himself is an hero through and through, and while the dragons call themselves Evil Ones, they pretty much start out Chaotic Neutral and then unashamedly join the good guys.
Perceptive Powers: Gyoro and Ururun can sense magic and godhood! Ashton...is perceptive when it counts, and he's not falling over his own feet.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: If you try to do it for harmful purposes the dragons will cockblock you. If it's for lulz, Ashton is open like a book. Gyoro and Ururun will block attempts to look into their minds alone.
Can I kill them?: No, please.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: Contact me!
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: Comedic stuff and serious fighting are both cool.
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: They will fight you.
What about meta powers?: Considering his canon, I think we're cool. He won't really proccess it, anyway.
Anything else?: Keep him away from your barrels.

Presea Combatir (madamaxeman)

Powers: Super strength, which comes from the Exsphere (shiny red crystal) embedded in her chest. Wields a giant axe. Otherwise, is a mostly regular human.
Possible Pings: The Exsphere is a parasitic, inorganic life form, so that might ping some people. Also, since it fucked with her mind and soul for several years and stopped her aging, she is 30 years old and has a 12 year old body and some mental strain from coping with that. She comes off as odd, sometimes creepy. Nothing too bad, though.
So, how evil?: Nope! Part of the hero's party, and helped save the world twice. Symphonia's heroes are pretty nonchalant about mowing down armies of cannon-fodder humans, though. Weird.
Perceptive Powers: She's sensitive to malignant magic and general bad mojo--she feels quite uncomfortable around it. She can also sometimes do that 'you are not what you seem/as young as you look' inference from observing and speaking to people. Other than that, she's fairly sharp, but not abnormally so.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Yep!
Can I kill them?: Quite possibly! Contact me.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: Sure! But stealing her powers means taking her Exsphere, which has bad consequences for anyone who tries equipping it without protection.
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: Go for both o/ She's a fighter.
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: Again, sure.
What about meta powers?: She'll roll with it; feel free to recognize her. It'll be nice and awkward.
Anything else?: We're good!

Iskierka (allyourcows)

Powers: Potent and accurate fire breath (can set targets alight from over eighty yards away, and breathe fire for five minutes nonstop); flight; being a retardedly large, sentient fighting machine.
Possible Pings: Giant talking dragon.
So, how evil?: Eh, not at all. Just very greedy and headstrong.
Perceptive Powers: She is mostly concerned with your bling.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Yes!
Can I kill them?: No.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: HAHAHA let's talk that out first. ♥
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: Sure!
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: She will kill you if you try to hurt Granby in any way.
What about meta powers?: Sure; she'll either roll with it or think you're totally mad.
Anything else?: She has spines all over which exude steam from inside her body! If you get near her it's incredibly muggy and misty and humid, and by the time you're close enough to touch you'll be sopping wet.

Fou-Lu (impotentate)

Powers: Like Mithos, Fou-Lu is final boss level power--he's an Endless, basically one of the gods that live in and affect the world of his canon. He has elemental magic, healing, protective spells, mouthlasers, etc. He can transform into a variety of different dragon forms.
Possible Pings: Nonhuman, immortal dragon god with an aura so strong that it becomes traceable if he just speaks his own name. Endless perceive living things as having 'aura streams'--colored sparkly columns of light--that lead them on their destined paths; humans have varying ones, and Endless have streams that are retardedly large and strong and can catch surrounding people's up, essentially changing their destinies. He is also carting around a plethora of faded dragons' souls (which is how he gets his alternate forms), and his own soul is only half-present-the other half of it, Ryu, is not in camp. Also, his power can affect surrounding wildlife, mutating it into a bigger more powerful form.
So, how evil?: Really, Fou-Lu along with the other Endless are neither good nor evil-they're all elemental forces, and their actions are determined by the humans who summon them or interfere with them. Fou-Lu outside of canon (where he's being hunted down and generally hurt and fucked over a lot) is more than willing to live and let live.
Perceptive Powers: He's very clever and very derpy at the same time? He just. Doesn't really understand humans and human action very much, though he does have morals and sensibilities which can be surprisingly similar.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Yes to the first, and no to the second-you'll be thoroughly cockblocked.
Can I kill them?: N...o. Well. Maybe? If it comes up?
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: With discussion, sure!
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: Yes and yes. Fou-Lu is used to it. :(
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: Yes, with the understanding that he will probably go after you for it.
What about meta powers?: Yes. He will think you are weird.
Anything else?: \(O_o)/

...AND AS AN OOC NOTE--I know I have a metric crapton of threads I have not picked up (in Lien/Granby/Perscitia's intro, etc.) and a new character I need to intro. I promised to do that earlier this week and didn't manage to and I AM REALLY SORRY. Life is being life, school is being school, and I am getting rather less RPing time these past few days than I thought! I will catch up after Friday, and finish up tags and icons and art and whatever else I owe on the weekend. PEOPLE CAN BEAT ME UP IF I DO NOT DO THESE THINGS, sob.
