A quick review of the chapters in Gluttony's stomach shows that the very few instances where Envy absolutely needed a pronoun to say something (e.g. "it was I who did it!") what was actually said is "kono envy".

I can try looking up other scenes later, but that's one of only two that come to mind where Envy ever says anything that requires a pronoun like that, so!

YEAH we could not find a single instance of anything else. Which is interesting AND ANNOYING--! But maybe sie never uses one, which would be hilarious.

I'M ACTUALLY ALMOST CERTAIN ENVY DOESN'T because yeah that's one of only two scenes in the entire manga I can think of that has any lines like that. And I think I DID once go through a bunch of the manga to see what pronoun Envy uses a loooong time ago and came up with nothing other than that. Largely because the way Envy talks (very reactive, very much emphasizing the YOU and THEM rather than self) first person pronouns really aren't very necessary at all.
