hooray for unsolicited health advice!

it usually helps to concentrate on getting the good fuel in instead of cutting stuff out. if you try to get as many fruit and veggies in you as you're really supposed to have you won't have much room left for crap. plus you won't be focused on what you're not supposed to have.

plus you could slowly add a bit more activity into your day and you'll feel less lethargic. moving helps keep me energetic throught the day.

and not to sound like a pilates whore, but since it strengthens your core muscles (which include your back) your spine is more supported and there's less pressure on the discs. it takes a couple of months, but the difference is amazing.

the problem doesn't lie with how i'm eating. i eat...very well. with very few slip ups. i have a job that keeps me active. squat city USA. so...this is just an experiment. one that i think shows some promise.
