tell me what movie it is whee there's this guy, I think doing grafitti, maybe it's a kid, but someone stops him from writing whatever by grabbing his arm, and he turns around with the funniest look of shock on his face.

I keep seeing the scene all fuzzy in my mind,BU I CAN'T THIK OF THE MOVIE, thus cannot sleep.
