Since Ghost Sea is starting again, I worked up this "start up" handout, to get the players back on track and to create a bit of continuity

Ghost Sea is an Iron Heroes (a RPG)game I run on Thursday nights on OpenRPG, which is essentially IRC with dice, a map, and the inability to have more than one channel open at a time. We've taken a hiatus, and getting back into it (flash-forwarding a year ahead in the game world).
This is the "introduction" to the next part of the campaign.
Is this the one you were telling me about? Where the chick was turned into a ghoul then rescued, and they got rid of the first mate and captain cause they were jerks?
Sounds like they've had some serious adventures. Whose the girl?
The young girl is Bob, a girl they found being caged up and used as a source of Arcane power for a mad mage. Ren, the captain, found out some things about here because he was the one to wake up Phoenix, and as a result has some of that guys memories...
The other one, Charity, is the girl who was turned into a ghoul and died. She was brought back by Ren releasing the Master, who brought her back to life and gave him powers over life and death (as well as the ability to make a flaming sword and other things) as his reward.
And they got rid of the first mate because they were lead to believe he was evil, but it was an act of manipulation. But none of them are moral chaps, so they're fine with a little bit of broken bodies in their wake.
