This is an idle question at the moment, but: do those rates cover research outside North America? (None of my relatives were here as early as 1895.)

It depends on what I can find, which itself largely depends on what has been digitized. I can access non-US resources.

If I find nothing at all in a reasonable amount of looking, package costs can be refunded in whole or in part: It's not YOUR fault that the stuff isn't out there. :->

Good luck with this. I've recently become interested in my own background, however I want to see what I can find on my own first.

I am another satisfied customer. I would be happy to tell anyone what a great job you did. You are free to refer potential customers to me, and to quote from this post.

You discovered facts about my relatives that I had never known, and you discovered relatives I had never heard of. You did such a good job and your fees are so modest that I happily paid you more than you requested.

I'll think about this. I know very little about my father's side of my family (but can provide his full name and place and date of death as a starter), and it could be interesting to learn more.

Well, name and place and date of death often brings up the Social Security death record (if 'place of death' was within the US, and he had an SSN), which gives exact birthdate among other things.
