Food!

I'm looking for recipes of fabulous, relatively easy-to-make eats. Avec le appartement année prochaine/nachstes Jahr, I need to cook food and good food is always waaaaaaaaay preferable to bad food.

Things I want:

-pennyellopeaurynpendragon's fish (I'll go search for that myself)
-somethingasian's spaghetti sauce
-domrox's pesto pizza

aww, man. the first thing I read was "pennyellope's fish," and I thought, Alpha!!!

but you can't eat Alpha.

it's basically that except that BH&G is using a different edition of the recipes now, and i'm lazy about stuff

sauce:
cook onion and garlic in pot with oil and salt and pepper, add tomato paste and tomatoes, add salt and pepper and dried seasonings to taste

seperately, mix the meat, bread crumbs, seasonings, and egg together, roll into balls and put in oven at 450-ish until they're done. i leave out the cheese, but that's just me. doing them separately on a wrack keeps the fat out of the sauce

boil the pasta, serve. enjoy with garlic bread which inconveniently bakes at a different temperature than the meatballs.

ps:

chicken breast
barbeque potato chips
flour
eggs

lightly coat the chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, bread with crushed chips. fry in a little oil until brown, bake to finish.

it is mightly tastly
