wow... Mukuro's interests makes sense though. i'm sure Iemitsu had to convince/prove he's a decendant of Primo, so you'd think he'd have been a candidate.

Thanks! Iemitsu fascinates me - I seem to find it impossible not to slip him into a fic somewhere. He's so hard to pin down he's great fun to write. Interpret the wink however you choose, the guessing's half the fun ^_~

I'm curious how Iemitsu got passed over too, could it be due to the fact that he's already an outside advisor? Once outsider always an outsider? I think Tsuna's more similar with his wayward father than he realizes. Too bad not many fics about that or... Iemitsu being the Tenth. Sounds interesting already... *mind starts drifting*
Anyway, your fic gives interesting idea to think of and I congratulate thee for the job well done :D

Iemitsu rather fascinates me (not a secret, given how often I can't resist slipping him into fic). Whether it's a personal choice to step aside or a choice of the 9th's would be interesting to know, and the logic behind it. I've wondered if it had something to do with the 9th's sons who were killed, Federico and the other two. If they were still alive, I could see if being a very logical choice.

Iemitsu being the 10th would be interesting... someone should write it.

I'm half planning to write more - depends whether I can sew all the bits of headcanon together into one thing, really.
