So I am walking back through campus just now after buying cigarettes and I ran into Lange. He was picking up some student council stuff at Roosevelt High School.

He says hi.

michael, you have to wait for it to be hot to go swimming. see, when it's cold, and you get into the water, the water is also very cold. and when you get out, the water left on your skin is also very cold and unpleasant. the best weather for swimming is when it's hot out, because then, if you're near a pool or any type of water, and you're also hot, it feels good to jump into it and cool off. on exceptionally hot days, it might also feel good when you get out of the pool, and there's still leftover pool water on your skin. if you're at the beach, though, the water will evaporate, but leave behind salt! this is because there's salt in seawater, and it just doesn't evaporate along with the water. but i'm not a fucking scientist, michael.
