I was just given MAIN GRANDSTAND BOX SEAT TICKETS for Grand Prix Freestyle night at Dressage at Devon!!  I'm SOOOOOO excited because Rocher will be there and I LOVE her!!

Colleen - you need to have a glass of wine and think about Elena and I, as we had to sit with all the regular people in Raleigh to watch Rocher's freestyle. But we drank wine while we watched.

The first time I saw Rocher at the Mid-Ohio Classic in 2001, I thought she looked dead lame.

Nah, I love that mare. Mainly for the fact that she holds her own with the big boys.

And George is a sweetheart too.

Except, you all know I'm rooting for Galant, because, well, I like his freestyle better.

I just remember seeing her at Devon before anyone knew who she was and being blown away by her freestyle (she won that year).

I just love how her ears flop to the music!

Yep. Hers was the first 70+ FEI ride I'd EVER seen in person.

I'm just so glad he has her back. She's so much more pleasing to watch than Marnix, and is a lot more competitive too.

I'm more interested, though, in the FEI YR class. Noel is showing Pik-L.

I'm currently slated to be there that night in my trainer's box - I will have to come by and give you a cookie before the rides start!! Last year we were (as you enter the showgrounds) on the left side of the main arena, all the way down by the small ring where they do the 4th level, second row of boxes.

As you enter the show grounds, our box is in the right hand grand stand, almost right at E...I forget how many rows up...I'll find out!
