Thile, Marshall, Simon, and Garfunkel

It's been sort of a strange weekend...dad's sitting with a flashy silver camera taking pictures of Adam and I being lazy American teenagers. TV is really a funny thing. Thile is amazing. Saw Simon and Garfunkel when they were in LA. An amazing experience... How did you like Paul's guitar solo at the begining of Silence or the Everly Brother's "Dream"? I'm getting nostalgic, though it was only a month ago when I saw them. I don't really know why I have you on my friends list, must have found your journal interesting or that our interests are similar, then again we both will have seen the aging Simon and Garfunkel and their bizarre, yet fitting, tinsel tree set design.

you know despite your more-than-averagely-frequent-bathroom-trips, I don't give you credit mister hemmer. Your writing is gorgeous, and crisp.

And oh yes,

I hate your guts. I cannot believe you are going to see Simon and Garfunkel. I hate you more than I could ever express. They were what raised me. My childhood, and still are such a big part of my life.
