i just don't know how to deal with being alive anymore. it's not apathy now, it's an outright antipathy for everything on that nonesixtent god's green earth. i got prescribed to all these meds that i really think i need, at least for a while, but i hate myself every time i think about filling that goddamn prescription and taking them. so i can go

Don't hate yourself for that. If you need them, then you need them. Its that simple. If you don't want to take them talk to your doctor and see what other options you have. If it makes you feel better I hate college and stupid bullshit too, but if you need anything I'm a phone call away and supposedly I'm a good listener
