i confuse minimum with maximum

I ordered pants on clearance from Cutie Code the other day... and I didn't realize that if you're buying clearance items, they have to be a minimum of 100$ USD total. Well I thought that meant maximum and now I'm not getting my pants :( They refunded me through the reward points, which is all fine and dandy, but my mom got pissed off about it -_-
