Hahaha last night I had a dream about food, hilarious. Anyway, the fast is going well. I'm on my 3rd day and I feel I can keep this up for a long, long time. Felt a little weak today though so instead of 300 cal on the elliptical and 300 cal on the treadmill (via running) I did 300 cal on the elliptical and 300 cal on the treadmill but via walking
