Andrew Duclaw called me out of the blue on Friday. We haven't talked in months, and before then it had been nearly a year. This is not uncharacteristic of our relationship. Over the years, our friendship has endured innumerable hiatuses, for one reason or another.

But yesterday, he and I got together for dinner. We caught up and talked about things

you know it may be months inbetween your journal entries, but they're always worth it once you do.

I saw a missed call from you, and I totally suck for not calling you back. It was one of those things where I'd remember to call you back when I was busy, but then totally forget when I had the chance to call you back. But yes, I suck.

I miss you too. Its funny, here's that 'things happen for a reason' thing. I called you because I was in Warwick and had been visiting my Mom, and I figured I'd see if you wanted to grab a coffee or something. Then, when you didn't answer, I called Andrew, and then...well, you know the rest.

Weird.

Hope you're doing well. I am going up to Boston next Friday afternoon/night to hang out and stay with Jill/Diana. You should come with!
